94%. Concrete work
Concrete works have r eached 94%, with the structural frame now in its final stages. The remaining pours are being completed as the towers approach full height.
50%. MEP work
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works have reached the halfway mark at 50%. Fire fighting, LPG, electrical, and plumbing installations cont inue across multiple levels, running alongside the other works on site.
25%. Block work
Internal wall construction has reached 25%, continuing to advance floor by floor as the structure above is released.
12%. Facade work
Facade works ar e at 12%, with installat ion pr ogr essing steadily up the towers. Curtain wall installat ion, the glass and fr ame system that forms the outer sk in of the building, cont inues to advance, with each floor completed bring ing the exterior of both towers closer to its finished form.
25%. Plaster work
Plastering is at 12% and expanding steadily acr oss the lower floors, building on the foundat ions laid in pr evious months.
